I have been trying to get the previous year question papers in university website and made complaints, lodged complaint in grievance mechanism also. The university authorities are very vehement not only in settling my grievance but also in acknowledging my complaint . This is a very poor state of affairs.
ReplyDeleteI tried to be in touch with the senior programmer Mr Arun. He said unless his director gives directions he will not upload the previous five year question papers. I spoke to the director Mr Prabhakaran also. He is adamant and said now university exams are going on and only after 28th December 2019 he will listen to my simple problem of getting the previous five year question papers uploaded in the website.
When the whole world in moving the direction of multitasking, it is ridiculous to find an university director, sticking to a point of one job at a time, next job only on completion of the present job. It proves his pathetic inefficiency.
When senior programmer is willing to help, a person senior to him not willing to give instructions to carry out a routine job of uploading the previous question papers of all the university exams, reveals the exceptionally poor caliber of the director. It is high time he is removed from the post.
